Pork (neck or hip) - 1.5 - 2 kg (in the video I have a pork neck weighing 1.8 kg)
For the marinade:

Paprika - 1 tbsp.
Dried garlic - 1 tbsp.
Coriander - 0.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper - 1 tbsp.
For the glaze:
Ketchup or tomato sauce - 3 tbsp.
