HOW TO CHANGE INTERFACE COLOR THEME IN ADOBE PHOTOSHOP // There are 4 different color themes that you can choose for the Adobe Photoshop interface. If you go to the Edit menu → Preferences → Interface, here you can pick which color theme you like better.
I do recommend using a light gray color theme for the interface and medium gray for all screen modes.
