Tonight we are taking a look at a Vintage 1968 Gibson ES-330 TD Long Neck. The Gibson ES-330 doesn't get as much love as the Epiphone Casinos due to the Beatles influence, but they are pretty cool p90-equipped electric Spanish guitars that are hollow!
In the work bench segment, I asked "why can we see birdseye in the F hole, but not on the back?" - the answer is pretty obvious when you remember these are 3-ply segments of maple/poplar/maple. The maple we see on the inside is not the same as the maple we see on the outside!
