Out of the thousands of packages I've sent, only maybe 10-15 have received mild trauma over the past decade that I've been doing this trade. Of which, only 3 were actual cases of a full on break - 2 of those being guitars that were already repaired. It was unfortunate that two instances happened so close together. I've definitely started to even more-so overpack than I usually do as I see rougher and rougher handling occuring. Thankfully, UPS Capital insurance has my back in these cases!
