SALTED CARAMEL IN THE MICROWAVE | QUICK FOOLPROOF RECIPE

Ingredients & measurements: (makes 3 cups)
2 cups of brown sugar (I use light brown)
1 cup of heavy cream (can use milk if needed)
1 stick (8 tbsp) of butter (I use salted, you can use unsalted)
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of kosher flaky salt
Store in the refrigerator, sealed for 2+ weeks.
**Reheat in the microwave in 20-30 second intervals.
