BISCOTTI RECIPE | TWICE BAKED ITALIAN ALMOND COOKIE

Ingredients & measurements:
* Baked TWICE.. first bake @ 350 for 30 minutes, 2nd bake sliced then baked @ 350 for 6-7 minutes.. each side!
3 cups of all purpose flour (plus more for when handling/shaping logs)
1 2/3 cups of sugar
1 tsp baking powder (NOT baking soda… sorry I goofed In my video 😬 )
2/3 cup softened butter
4 eggies @ room temperature
1 cup sliced almonds
1/4-1/8 tsp of zest of an orange
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of almond extract
1/8 tsp of anise extract
1/2 tsp of salt
