ctodo [1] is a very simple and clean task/todo manager, the list is saved as todo.txt by default or you can give the command the filename (0:17).

The list is managed with a few actions which are all you need, they are new/append task (0:25), delete (0:42), [space] to mark done/undone (0:37). You can add a title to the list (0:21).

UI shows the list status saved/unsaved and the number of tasks.

You may have noticed that there is no keys to rearrange the tasks, but since the file is plain text (0:48), you can edit the file in your favorite editor, ctodo is a UI for your todo'ing convenience.
