After catching the first ape with the net, you will enter the main plaza. Go to the end of the plaza, just before a path with a glass platform that contains a puzzle piece. To the right of this is a green bush, hit it with your net to make a golden-sparkling butterfly come out of it. Now catch it with your net by pressing R2. It will try to fly away. It will fly in circles around the center, run after it and use the net while jumping.
