Dragon Age The Veilguard Best Ending where Everyone Survives for The Ones That Last trophy & achievement. The true 100% completion ending and secret ending for having collected all mysterious circles (post-credits cutscene) and having completed all quests.
For the best ending you need 3 stars rating with all factions so that none of the faction NPCs die. You must also have completed all companion questlines so that they become Heroes of the Veilguard. In Chapter 6 you must have chosen to help Minrathous (not Treviso) to get 3 stars with all factions, otherwise Minrathous will get stuck at 1 or 2 stars and some of their faction NPCs will die at the end.
