String (4-7 feet)

Optional - Markers, streamers
Steps
1. Decorate paper with marker
2. Fold paper in half, hot dog style
3. Bend over sides (don’t crease it should be round) so the tips touch 1/3 from the edge
4. Use your tape to tape both sids to the center
5. Use the hole punch to punch a hole through the tape (The hole should go through all sides
of the kite)
6. Add string
7. Use tape to add streamers (optional)
8. Fly it
Adaptions
Younger children can decorate the paper and add the streamers, however they may need help
folding it, adding tape, hole punching, and adding the string

Set up a repair shop with tape and more string
