This tutorial will walk you through the steps and supplies you need to varnish an oil painting. You can also varnish an acrylic painting this way. Varnish protects paintings and deepens the colors. You can choose the finish of the varnish, I chose satin. Make sure your painting is completely dry before you varnish it, and lay it flat while you apply the varnish and as it dries to prevent dripping. Also, make sure you have good ventilation while applying varnish, and keep it in a safe place, it is toxic. Enjoy!
Steps
1. Lay painting flat and make sure it is clean
2. Pour varnish into a container
3. Apply varnish evenly with a soft brush
4. Let it dry
