So I left my first job as a web developer, but luckily I already had my new job lined up and ready to go before I quit.
I decided to leave my old job and look for a new one around the 6 month mark. I hadn’t really progressed much and the work was slowly drying up as for us on the front end team so I decided to start looking for a new job and found one pretty quickly.
Getting your second job in any industry is always going to be easier that getting the first job, and in my case this was the truth. The programming test I got for this new job was a lot harder than the I got for my old job, but with all the experience I have now, it was relatively easy.
It’s nice to now be at a new place with new people, despite feeling completely out of my depth again, the challenge ahead should be good fun.
So I’m now into my second job in my new career as a web developer.
