Robocop (1987) - 'Drive Montage' scene
There are many things that make this film excellent. The restraint in revealing the title character is one of them*, and composer Basil Poledouris follows suit with his main theme. As the character is revealed in mostly silent scenes, this montage is the first time that Poledouris unleashes the main theme in all its glory.
Starring Peter Weller, Nancy Allen, Ronny Cox, Kurtwood Smith, Miguel Ferrer, Robert DoQui, Ray Wise, Felton Perry and Paul McCrane. Directed by Paul Verhoeven, with an original score by Basil Poledouris.
