Bloodbound Horror Normal and Bloodbound Horror Heroic guide! The Bloodbound Horror is an early boss of the Nerub-ar Palace raid of The War Within. This Bloodbound Horror guide will walk you through the important healer, tank and DPS raid mechanics you need to clear this Nerub-ar Palace raid boss.

You fight Bloodbound Horror in two instances of the room. Players in the Gruesome Disgorge tank cone will get sent 'down' for 40 seconds, where they must defeat adds. Send half of the raid down in the first Disgorge, then the second half in the next one. Interrupt and tank the Lost Watcher adds, and focus down the Forgotten Harbinger adds along with the Bloodbound Horrors that they summon. If the small adds reach the boss, a raidwide AOE will devastate the group.
Up top, kite the Grasp from Beyond tentacle away from the group and keep it clear of the downstairs adds. Heal through the Crimson Rain healing absorbs. When the boss charges up a large AOE (after both groups have been down), run to the outer edges of the boss arena to get clear of Goresplatter.
On Heroic Bloodbound Horror, you must avoid the rotating Spewing Hemorrhage beams. Get clear of them early, before they spawn and then run to keep away from them as you do other mechanics.
