Magmorax Raid Guide - Normal/Heroic Aberrus Boss Guide
Magmorax Normal and Magmorax Heroic guide! Magmorax is a late raid boss in the Aberrus raid of Dragonflight. This boss guide for Magmorax will walk you through the important healer, tank and DPS raid mechanics you need to clear this Aberrus raid boss.

You fight Magmorax in one phase, and it's a relatively simple fight. Tank swap to manage the Incinerating Maws debuff. Watch your back before the Overpowering Stomp knockback, it's a big one. Avoid the Blazing Breath frontal cone.
Place Molten Spittle magma puddles in mid-range, and then stack in them to soak them away. Shrinking a puddle stacks up a fire debuff on you, so stop soaking if it starts to hurt and let your stacks expire before you soak more puddles. Puddles grow over time, so absorb them completely and don't ignore any.
Igniting Roar does raid damage and is followed by a hanful of single-player soaks. One player can stand in each to prevent a new magma puddle. The soaker will get a 1 min debuff, during which time they should avoid soaking any more of the falling lava. The puddles are a separate debuff.
At 100 energy, Magmorax will enrage and wipe the raid, so you're on a timer. Keep on top of the puddles and you'll have Magmorax down in Aberrus in no time.
