How to reset Elgato HD60 Pro and fix the "no signal" issue

In this episode I'll show you a quick trick on how to reset the Elgato HD60 Pro capture card, which fixes the dreaded "no signal" issue. The problem manifests by showing incoming audio on the card, but no video signal. You'll either see nothing, or one of two pictures both saying "no input signal". I have this almost every time I switch on my computer.

In essence, quit your capture software, open the Windows Device Manager, then disable the card briefly and re-enable it. Now open your capture software again and - as if by magic - see a healthy picture.
