I’ve been launching my online courses for YEARS. I’ve done it the hard way & the easy way 😅
Here are the main things that make all the difference:
1. You do not need to reinvent the wheel every time you launch. In fact, you can rinse and repeat the same launch (making it stronger each time 💪). With the online course model, ideally you are audience building at all times, so for many people in your audience, this will be the very first launch they see anyways!
2. Think about the little details ahead of time - like what will you eat each day? Think about and organize this ahead of time. Usually, I will order healthy meals from a meal delivery service. For my last launch, I did it from a hotel and just ordered room service 😂 (this was amazing and I didn’t have to worry about cooking or figuring out what to eat)
3. Write down all your to-dos ahead of time. There are a lot of moving pieces in a launch, and you don’t want to be stressing each day about what you need to do. So, instead, think of all of that ahead of time. Even better: document this in your project management system (which you can then turn into a template for all launches moving forward). This is what I’ve done for all launches and it has made them a million times less stressful.
