What is a Sprint in Scrum?
A time-boxed period, typically lasting 2 to 4 weeks.
Sprint begins with sprint planning, selecting tasks from the product backlog.
Daily stand-up meetings are held to discuss progress and any impediments.
At the end of each sprint, two meetings occur:
Sprint Review: Present completed work to stakeholders and gather feedback.
Sprint Retrospective: Reflect on the past sprint and identify improvements.
Outcome: Each sprint delivers a potentially shippable product increment!
