This time, it is currently unknown whether Windows 11 22H2, which does not meet the functional requirements, can be upgraded using Windows Update. (There are rumors that it is possible...) 23H2 has not yet appeared in our Windows Update, so the truth is unknown.
So, I have summarized how to upgrade Windows 11 (22H2) on an old laptop to Windows 11 (23H2) without using Windows Update.
In a previous video, I introduced how to upgrade Windows 10 to Windows 11 on an old PC that does not meet the upgrade requirements, but I wanted to see if I could upgrade the same PC from 22H2 version to 23H2 version using the same method.

0. Advance preparation
Make a backup before upgrading.
・Make sure Windows 11 is up to date before upgrading

1. Download the 23H2ISO file for Windows 11
・Search by Windows11 ISO
2Mount the above ISO file and check if it can be upgraded as is.
・Mount the ISO file on the drive.
-Try starting setup.exe as is. →Probably NG
3. Launch the installer from the terminal
・Move to ISO drive
・Start setup.exe with a magic argument ← Check the video
4.Installation
・After that, follow the instructions of the installer.
5. Run WindowsUpdate and update to the latest Windows 11 23H2.
