I was able to update the 0x80070643 error with KB5034441 using Windows Update in an unexpected way.

Error code: 0x80070643 - ERROR_INSTALL_FAILURE
The other day, I happened to be able to clear it in an unexpected way, so I made a video of it.
It seems like it's been about three months since the outbreak was reported, but Microsoft continues to be unable to release updates to support the issue.
So, I previously experimented with the method provided by Microsoft to see if it would resolve the issue.
The direct cause is that the error occurs when the recovery partition does not have 250 megabytes of free space, so
I also considered some of the causes of problems that I know can be avoided by manually expanding them, but I can't take countermeasures or it takes time.
