In my last couple of videos I did outside I've several people ask me what that thing is that I keep looking at on my wrist.
Dirk Stabins commented, "That watch is almost big enough to make your bear paws look petite, is that one with a tactical flashlight built in?"
In this video I explain that it's a Live-View Remote (RM-LVR1) for my Sony HDR-AS100VR camera. It's basically a device that lets me monitor and control the camera remotely.
I use it when I do videos outside to make sure that I am in frame. I can also use it to start and stop recording if I don't actually have the camera in my hand.
So please bare with me and understand that I'm not checking the time like I have a bus to catch but rather making sure that what I'm showing you in frame.
