"The Acosta" - Copper Coil Alcohol Stove - Flame Test 1

The video was shot outside, at dusk, so we could see the flames better. Thing was I thought the flames would be bigger. The burner, I didn't use the windscreen/pot stand this time, only burned for a little less than eight minutes went out. After the burner cooled I found that the tank still had alcohol in it.
I wonder if the burner needs the windscreen to keep the heat in on the coil. If there is interest maybe I should do another test.
