ArcGIS OnLine Send Notifications (emails) via Notebook

In this video I demonstrate how to send an email from a Notebook. A key point to note is that an email can only be sent to someone who has an ArcGIS OnLine username. However, you could send an email to a single user and a rule in Outlook could then forward that email on to a Distribution List. Just a thought!
I mention one example of using this during the video but another example could be:
You have a Field Maps/Exp. Builder/QuickCapture.... app for bird watchers and you want to know if a specific species has been spotted.
A scheduled notebook could run every X mins that scans through that feature service and if it finds that species, sends an email to the interested party.
That could of course be achieved using webhooks but that requires more config etc.
