The owners, Colin and Jo Turner, knew they needed something special for their piece of land in Melbourne's coastal suburb of Mount Martha. They wanted a home that was light and airy, and also captured the views over the Mornington Peninsula and the beaches.
To take advantage of these eastern coastal views, Chris Megowan, architect and Director of Megowan Architectural, designed the two-storey home with the main living spaces on the upper level, elevating your eye-line. With two other views on show, Chris designed the home to point towards these, creating a home with three angles.
