Here is a quick and simple demonstration on how to replace the dead / weak 2032 battery in your Audi key fob. This process does not require any tools but you will need a new 2032 battery. First step is to remove the mechanical key. Then you can either use your finger to slid out the tray or you can use your key to assist in removing the tray.
