Western allies are ramping up sanctions against Moscow as it denies Russian forces killed hundreds of innocent civilians in Bucha, Ukraine, despite the mounting evidence.
Despite Russian claims the deaths were staged after Russian troops left, satellite images show bodies on a Bucha street almost 2 weeks earlier. An analysis by the New York Times shows they were lying in the same positions when those same troops left.
