This awe-inspiring frozen festival draws some of the world’s best ice masons that travel from far and wide to create an incredible city of ice complete with towering spires and thrilling slides.
They use blocks of ice from the local river which are then carved into some of the world’s biggest ice sculptures. In fact - it takes about 180,000 cubic meters of ice and 150,000 cubic meters of snow to build this ice city at the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival.
