Nikon Z6 III Video Flickering issue (with workaround)

In this video I demonstrate the Nikon Z6 III video flickering issue first reported by Robert May. I show how the flickering is likely the result of a sensor black level issue, which causes no only random variations in tint between magenta and green but also slight variations in the brightness of the deep shadows, which manifests as a random flicker.
