Nikon Z6 III Video Flickering: Not just extreme conditions

Demonstration of the Nikon Z6 III video flickering issue occurring with ISO 3200 footage directly out of camera without any shadow adjustment or processing other than a straight conversion from N-Log to Rec.709. Note that in screencast footage of my Resolve color tab the "curves" icon for the node is turned on but no curve adjustment was made - that's a control point I added but didn't alter.

Kuods to Robert May for finding the issue and being objective on its reporting. Same for Jordan Drake @ PetaPixel, who took a balanced view and is keeping an open mind on the ramifications.
