You can use this on any Linux distributions with XFCE desktop environment (KDE Plasma support is experimental right now). The theme will automatically configure your desktop to appear nearly identical to Windows 95 operating system.

PLYMOUTH BOOT SPLASH THEME
Copy the theme folder into the Plymouth theme directory with sudo privilege. Once it copied, then run the following command :
sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/share/plymouth/themes/default.plymouth default.plymouth /usr/share/plymouth/themes/Chicago95/Chicago95.plymouth 100
There will be a number assigned to each theme and located in the first column of a list. Use that number to specify the theme and press enter to continue.
