Fixing Vive Pro2 Orange Blinking Base Station

I ran into this issue, and upon looking it up I found no solution or any response from tech support. Luckily I figured it out.. so I recorded the solution so I can share it with anyone having the same painful experience. To save you the time, here are the written steps below:

BTW I SPED UP the long loading times
1- RMB (Right Mouse Button) on the inactive base station/s
2- Base station settings
3- Recover from incomplete update
4- Recover device – it takes a little while
5- It takes a little more time to activate again after the recovery (don’t give up hope)
6- RMB --- Base station settings (again)
7- Configure base station channels
8- Now it should show both base stations
9- You can click on the star button to detect which base station is which (blinks with a while-ish color)
10- Finally, you click on the channel and change the channel
This is how it worked for me, and I hope it works for you too. Please let me know if it works for you… if not, let me know how it goes and I might figure out a solution.
