In this chapter, Huntington revisits the San Diego, California County Psychiatric Hospital on Rosecrans Street in San Diego. True to the gestapo nature of the psychiatric buildings where people may be disappeared for decades, a security guard approaches Huntington but the controllers of the SDCH choose not to lock him up this time. After being tortured with 4 point restraints, injected with droperidol, and held without formal charges for 3 days Huntington sued the SDCH for assault, torture and malpractice. One afternoon, out of frustration, Huntington spoke out at a DMV briefly addressing the line of people but complied with a guard and exited without any resistance. Instead of allowing Huntington to go, the guard assaulted Huntington, twisting Ted's hand, and stepping on Ted's head, when Huntington refused to put out his cigarette. Ted was then taken by police to SDCH. Nothing Huntington did was illegal, except possibly a minor public disturbance, however thought police insiders with every judge in their pocket quickly dismissed Huntington's lawsuit without the opportunity for a trial.
