This recipe makes two servings:
1 cup frozen wild blueberries (240 ml / 170g)
1 frozen banana
3/4 cup cottage cheese (180 ml / 180g)
1 1/4 cups milk of choice (300 ml)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Optional decorations:
Greek yogurt
•
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
2. If you like you can decorate your glasses with Greek yogurt
3. Enjoy!
