What are you thoughts on cleaning? Is it something you enjoy doing or is it just a chore for you? I think everything in life depends on how you look at it and how you use it. Every circumstance can be used as something that is helpful for me to develop myself, and the choice is always mine to look at things this way. Rather than seeing cleaning as a chore, why not look at it as an opportunity to clean your internal world and improve your mental health? For example, as you wipe the floors or clean the surface, imagine you are cleaning your mind- wiping away negative thoughts, emotions, memories.. junk that has accumulated inside of your brain and heart. You can literally visualize that you are deep cleaning, scrubbing, washing any emotions or thoughts that are weighing you down. I personally love cleaning when I have a lot on my mind and need some time and space to clear things out within me. Try shifting your mind this way to use even something as mundane as cleaning as a meditation for your mental health and well-being!
