The list of samplers for Stable Diffusion is overwhelming, but I think you can safely narrow it down to two! (Euler and DPM++ 2M Karras)
I’ll justify that choice, show some comparisons, and offer a little insight into what samplers are doing and why there are so many.
I’ll also touch on “ancestral” samplers as well as the “Karras” versions.
I think that understanding these points will help you avoid the pitfalls and simplify your sampler decision.
