800 гр. соленого сала / 2 lb salted pork
1/3 пучка петрушки / 1/3 bunch parsley
1/3 пучка укропа / 1/3 bunch dill
1/3 пучка зеленого лука / 1/3 bunch chives
1 перчик чили / 1 chili pepper
6 зубчиков чеснок / 6 garlic cloves
Щепотка перца горошка / pinch black peppercorns
Щепотка кориандара / pinching coriander
1/2 лаврового листа / 1/2 bay leaf
Сало перекрутить. Зелень, перец и чеснок мелко порезать. Перец, кориандр и лавровый лист размолоть в пыль. Все смешать. Подавать на черном хлебе.
Grind the salted pork. Greens, chili and garlic mince well. Peppercorns, coriander and bay leafe grind into dust. Mix everything together. Enjoy.
