How To Fix Microsoft Store Infinite Loading Screen on Windows 11/10:
1. Check for Windows update
2. Reset the Store cache
3. Check Date and Time Settings
4. Reset Microsoft Store
5. Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
6. Enable Microsoft Store Install Service
7. Rename the LocalState folder
8. Perform SFC and DISM Scan
Command Prompt Commands:
chkdsk
sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Renaming LocalState folder:
1. Browse and reach the following location: C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe{some characters}
2. Rename the LocalState folder to LocalState.old
We recommend that you restart your PC after each solution, and if none of the solutions work, then try reinstalling Windows altogether. Meant for all current Windows versions: XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, 8.1, and of course Windows 10 and Windows 11.
