How To Fix Stuck on Retrieving Information From The Microsoft Store on Windows 11/10:
1. Check internet connection
2. Reset the Microsoft Store App
3. Reset the Microsoft Store cache
4. Re-register the Microsoft Store app
5. Run the Windows Store app troubleshooter
6. Check Windows App settings
7. Sign out and Sign in to your account
8. Run SFC and DISM Scan
9. Restart Services
10. Disable and Re-enable UAC
11. Update Windows
12. Disable Anti-virus Protection
13. Use Microsoft Store instead of the web version
14. Reset Windows
15. Clean Boot
16. Windows Update Troubleshooter
17. Remove Gaming Services package
