Yono Mpin is a four-digit personal identification number that you need to access your Yono app and perform various transactions. If you forget your Yono Mpin or want to change it for security reasons, you can do it easily by following these simple steps:
Open your Yono app and enter your username and password.
Tap on the menu icon on the bottom left corner and select “Service Request”.
"Settings".
Tap on “Set Mpin” .
You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and tap on “Submit”.
