Sakura Mochi (Japanese: 緋ひ櫻おう餅もち Hiou Mochi, "Scarlet Sakura Mochi") is a food item that the player can cook in Genshin Impact. The recipe for Sakura Mochi can be acquired from Act I of Kamisato Ayaka's Story Quest: The Whispers of the Crane and the White Rabbit, With You.
Recipe:
-15g glutinous rice flour
-120ml water
-1 tbsp sugar
-75g flour
-a few drops of red food color
-60g red bean paste
-1 tsp oil for cooking
-2 pickled sakura leaves
Soak sakura leaves into water for 15 minutes to remove the salt. In a bowl mix water into rice flour, add sugar and the other ingredients. Mix well. Roll red bean paste into shape.
Cook at low heat in a nonstick pan. Spread the batter and make a oval shape in the pan. Add the red bean paste to the mochis and wrap in sakura leaves.
