Windows apps don't work natively on a Chromebook but there is a way to. Using Crossover by Code Weavers lets you have a Windows VM on your Chromebook. I have been using this for a little while and the apps i test have about 50% chance of working. The biggest problem is that apps sometimes need many different folder locations and they have compatibility issues with the VM. (Wine)
