Plug in your CM Device is an error that you get when you don't plug your 3 pin cooler USB cable to the right USB header on your motherboard. My ASRock X570 motherboard has a USB header below the CPU cooler but is not recognized in Windows. If you use the USB 2 header on the bottom of your motherboard it should be recognized in Windows and that error should not be there.
