Tebogo Triumphs: Sets New Meeting Record in Thrilling 200m Final
In the men's 200m final, Letsile Tebogo of Botswana claimed victory with a meeting record time of 19.83 seconds. Alexander Ogando of the Dominican Republic finished close behind, setting a new national record and personal best with a time of 19.86 seconds, earning the silver medal. Kenneth Bednarek of the USA secured third place with a time of 20.00 seconds. Fellow American Erriyon Knighton finished fourth in 20.07 seconds, while Kyree King, also from the USA, took fifth with a time of 20.27 seconds. Joseph Fahnbulleh of Liberia crossed the line in sixth with a time of 20.39 seconds. South Africa's Shaun Maswanganyi finished seventh in 20.55 seconds, and Eseosa Fostine Desalu of Italy completed the race in eighth place with a time of 20.62 seconds. Albert Komanski of Poland rounded out the field, finishing ninth with a time of 21.07 seconds.
