This 30 min home upper body arms and shoulders emphasis tri-set workout is W8D5 of the BSC!

Another tri-set workout to create more strength, lean muscle, and burn fat while we do it!

Today's extremely challenging tri-set routine will get your shoulders and arms feeling the burn, in a good way! We are creating strong, sculpted shoulders and toned arms! You will feel amazing and so strong when you finish it!

Structure
There are 3 groups with 3 different exercises. Each group is done 3 times through. in each group, we will be working the same muscles back to back for 45 seconds on straight through. There is a 30-second break between sets.

Warm Up
1. Arm Circles
2. Alternating Shoulder Stretch
3. Reverse Fly
4. Walk Down Shoulder Taps
5. Fanning Bicep Curls
6. Alternating Tricep Stretch
7. Arnold Shoulder Press
8. Jumping Jacks

Tri-Set Workout
1a. Single Arm Pike Push-Up (or pike push-up off stability ball)
1b. 45 Degree Raise + Reverse Fly
1c. Upright Row + Shoulder Press
Repeat 2 more times

2a. Triceps Circle
2b. Laying Overhead Triceps Extensions
2c. Tate Press
Repeat 2 more times

3a. Concentration Curls
3b. Double Bicep Curls
3c. Hammer Curls
Repeat 2 more times

Cool Down
1. Upright Stretch
2. Chest Opener & Bicep Stretch
3. Tricep Stretch, R
4. Other Side
5. Wrist Stretch
6. Other Side
