L2 and L3 Management Interfaces: Loopback and the Native VLAN - A love story

Let's take a look at layer 2 and layer 3 management interfaces. Specifically the management VLAN and the loopback interface. The management VLAN is so named because it is native and therefore untagged. Both of these interfaces are virtual: they are not tied to physical interfaces.

So, in this video we will go over how to set them up, how to connect to them and lastly, how to connect them together. It's all about the routing! A key idea here is that this all runs on a separate management network and NOT the production network.
