Citrusy and Refreshing EASY Gin Classics
White Lady vs Pegu Club. Which one do you prefer out of these 2 gin classics? And do you do with or without egg white (or aquafaba) in your White Lady? In this video I tell you a little bit a bout the history of these two and give you my versions on them. Let me know which one you prefer!
Pegu Club
1 dash Angostura and Orange Bitters
1/4 oz (7.5ml) Simple Syrup
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Orange Liqueur
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz (45ml) Gin
Shake and serve up. No Garnish
White Lady
1/4 oz (7.5ml) Simple Syrup
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Orange Liqueur
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Lemon Juice
1 1/2 oz (45ml) Gin
1 oz (30ml) Aquqfaba (or 1 egg white)
Dry shake, shake with ice and serve up. No garnish.
