Maiden flight(s) of 3d-printed Flightboard Light slope soaring glider
Ian flew his new 600 mm wingspan glider designed by Quadroholics and printed by Geoff. Lift was not good as the wind had swung around to a southerly and he did have some issues with CoG. It flew better moving the CoG back, but eventually his field repaired nose gave way on its last flight... Ian has now repaired this plane, which shows much promise, so we will try again another day when the conditions are more suitable.
