1. Vegetable Maggi Noodles Stir-Fry:
Ingredients:
2 packs of Maggi noodles
2 tablespoons oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small carrot, julienned
1/2 cup cabbage, thinly sliced
1/4 cup green peas
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the Maggi noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté until onions are translucent.
Add capsicum, carrot, cabbage, and green peas. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add cooked Maggi noodles to the pan. Mix well.
Add soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
Cheesy Maggie:
Ingredients:
1 packet of Maggie instant noodles
1 cup of milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoon cream
1 sachet noodle seasoning
Optional: chopped green onions and sesame seeds
Instructions:
Cook the Maggie noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the milk and bring it to a gentle simmer.
Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese, and keep stirring until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce becomes smooth.
Add the cooked Maggie noodles to the cheese sauce, and mix until the noodles are evenly coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
Spicy Schezwan Maggie:
Ingredients:
1 packet of Maggie instant noodles
2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup sliced capsicum
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the Maggie noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat.
Add sliced onions, shredded cabbage, and sliced bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender.
Add the Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar to the vegetables. Mix well.
Add the cooked Maggie noodles to the pan and toss everything together until the noodles are coated with the sauce and vegetables.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds (optional).
Serve hot and enjoy the spicy Schezwan Maggie!
