As an HR manager, you can access all your tasks and activities directly from your calendar. For example, here you can see I have some interviews scheduled, complete with the questions I need to ask, and even notes that the manager has left for me. I also have tasks listed here and an exit interview later today. Once again, I can access the questions I need directly from the calendar and take notes during the interview. As new tasks arise, I can easily add them. From team surveys and performance reviews to anything else, it's all available through my calendar.

I can also schedule activities like performance reviews and budget requests from managers to ensure nothing is forgotten, making it easy for me to track progress. In the same calendar, I can view notes and decisions I've made previously or ones managers have made, such as regarding a candidate, so I can plan the next steps accordingly.

But there's much more. I can create team onboarding processes and invite new employees. I can lead workshops with the leadership team on culture, schedule training sessions, and more—all within a collaborative space designed to help every department leverage their strengths. This makes the collaboration process so seamless that knowledge and decisions are easily shared to help the organization grow.
