Do you lead team retrospectives? Team retros are meetings where you discuss with the team what has been working well, what needs improvement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. It’s important that these discussions don’t end without taking at least one actionable step to test if making changes, removing, or adding something can help the team work more effectively or feel happier at work.

As shown on my screen, here is an example of a team retro. You can also lead these sessions using other formats, like whiteboards. The key is that team retros should happen regularly, so making them recurring is often beneficial. For example, if you lead a team retro every month, you may want to click here to set this session as recurring once a month.

If you don’t have specific data on when these team retros happen, you can make the session recurring with zero occurrences and schedule it as needed. Simply click here to add a new session, and it will automatically prepare the session, notify everyone assigned, and make it accessible from their calendar.
